- I have the right to refuse art services for any reason at any time. -

- You must pay half of the money up-front, and pay the rest for the full artwork once completed. -

- You may receive a full refund if the commission is half-way done, however, if the commission is nearly finished, you will only get a partial refund. Either way, you will not keep the artwork. -

- Please provide clear references of said character you want to have drawn. -

- If you are under 18, no NSFW artwork will be commissioned under any circumstance, and if you are using a parent or guardian's credit card for payment, you must have full consent to use it. -

- I, as the artist, have every right to use the art I have drawn, which means I can use it in promotional material and publish it on my social medias. You will hold the ability to use the art in personal projects, profile pictures, posting it, etc. But cannot use the art in raffles, auctions, or adoptables. -

- If the art cannot be finished in a window of time between 1-3 months due to work, health, complexities, studies, etc. Then a full refund will be issued regardless of the artwork's completion. -
